How long will it take for my books to arrive?
Orders placed through our Web site are usually processed the same business day. Delivery time will vary, dending on the shipping method you select. Orders shipped via UPS Ground should arrive within ten business days.

I ordered a book, but your Web site says it's on backorder.
Our Web site will allow you place orders for books that are not yet published. Orders for forthcoming titles are placed on backorder. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items. As soon as the title arrives, we will contact you to verify your order and inform you of the balance due. If you order one backordered book and one currently-available book, the available book will be shipped and your card will be billed for that item only.

Are there any discounts for large orders?
A 10% discount is automatically applied to orders over $200. The discount does not apply to European or U.K. orders.

Can I pay with a check or money order?
To pay with a check or money order, you will need to place your order through the mail. We will be happy to send you a printed catalog.

If I pay with a gift certificate, do I need to use the entire amount in one order?
No. We will keep track of the balance on your gift certificate, and you can use the remainder at any time. For more information on using gift certificates, please see our ordering instructions.

I am ordering a gift certificate, but I want you to send it to my address. Why do you need the recipient's address?
We need the name and address of the recipient so we can establish their account in our database.

Not all of your books have European or "Elsewhere" prices? What if I want to order one of those books but I don't live in the U.S. or Canada?
If there is no European or "Elsewhere" price, then Amadeus Press/Hal Leonard does not have the right to distribute that book outside of North America, and we cannot fulfill your order. It may be available through a different publisher in your region. Please check with a local bookseller.
